🇮🇹 Pinot Nero o Blauburgunder, #winelover da che parte sei❓ 

Blauburgunder di Weingut Loersch è un rosso prodotto nella famosa regione della Mosella dove il celebre vitigno di Borgogna gode di un habitat ideale tra i terreni ghiaiosi e sabbiosi, su ripidi pendii, riscaldato dal fiume Mosella. Microclima perfetto che garantisce la maturazione ottimale del Pinot Nero, vitigno estremamente sensibile al terroir e all’andamento climatico dell’annata, e conseguentemente la tipica marcata acidità. 

Alexander Loersch ha scelto di lavorare senza utilizzo di fertilizzanti e con inerbimento naturale, così da salvaguardare la biodiversità e favorire un habitat naturale per un’ampia varietà di animali ed erbe selvatiche. In cantina fermentazioni spontanee ed utilizzo di lieviti indigeni. Praticamente svolge tutto ciò che serve ai suoi vini per mostrare nel calice la vera essenza dei propri terreni, del proprio microclima e del proprio vitigno.

🍇Pinot Nero.
👀Rosso rubino trasparente.
👃Piccoli frutti rossi a bacca rossa, fragoline di bosco e lamponi, petali di rosa, poi speziatura e sbuffi di incenso.  
👅Giovane e fragrante con tannini finissimi. Di pronta beva, che colpisce per la sua scorrevolezza e freschezza. 
🍳Piatto di affettati e formaggi freschi.

Blauburgunder of Weingut Loersch is a red wine produced in the famous region of the Moselle where the famous vine of Burgundy enjoys an ideal habitat among the gravely and sandy soils, on steep slopes, heated by the river Moselle. Perfect microclimate that guarantees the optimal maturation of Pinot Noir, grape variety extremely sensitive to the terroir and climate of the vintage, and consequently the typical strong acidity. 

Alexander Loersch has chosen to work without the use of fertilizers and with natural grassing, so as to safeguard biodiversity and promote a natural habitat for a wide variety of animals and wild herbs. In the cellar spontaneous fermentations and use of indigenous yeasts. Practically he does everything he needs for his wines to show in the glass the true essence of his soils, his microclimate and his grape variety.

👀Transparent ruby red.
👃Small red berried fruits, wild strawberries and raspberries, rose petals, then spice and puffs of incense.  
👅Young and fragrant with very fine tannins. Ready to drink, striking for its smoothness and freshness.
🍳Plate of cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
