Ho festeggiato il Capodanno in famiglia, stappando Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2018 – Château Bellefont-Belcier, cercando di ripartire cominciando dal taglio di capelli, dal classico paio di calzini nuovi e facendo una corsetta sul lungomare. Piccoli cambiamenti che hanno effetti positivi sul mio umore, che uniti al riposo dato dalle vacanze natalizie, mi aiutano per essere pronto ad affrontare l’anno appena iniziato.

🍇Merlot 70%, Cabernet Franc 25% e Cabernet Sauvignon 5%.
👨‍🌾Botti di rovere.
👀Rosso granato intenso.
👃Compagine di profumi concentrati e ricchi, scandita da ribes nero, mirtilli e prugne, insieme a rosa e viola. Speziatura di liquirizia e vaniglia si fondono alla componente vegetale e di tabacco.
👅Armonioso e vigoroso al sorso, con tannini fini. Si prolunga dinamico nella sua complessità.
Un vino che guarda al futuro. Fortuna che ho un’altra bottiglia in cantina😜.

🇬🇧 🎈New year, new look, different wine.  

I celebrated the New Year Eve with my family, opening Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2018 – Château Bellefont-Belcier, trying to start again starting from the haircut, the classic pair of new socks and taking a run on the waterfront. Small changes that have positive effects on my mood, which combined with the rest given by the Christmas holidays, help me to be ready to face the year just begun.

🍷 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2018
🍇Merlot 70%, Cabernet Franc 25% and Cabernet Sauvignon 5%.
👨‍🌾Oak barrels.
👀Rosso granato intenso.
👃The bouquet is concentrated and rich, with black currant, blueberries and plums, together with rose and violet. Licorice and vanilla blend with vegetables and tobacco fragrances.
👅The mouthfeel is harmonious and vigorous, with fine tannins. Long and dynamic in its complexity.
A wine that looks to the future. Luckily I have another bottle in the cellar😜.
