Giovedì, con Arianna e Roberto, abbiamo festeggiato il complimese di #enostanza, hai seguito una nostra diretta❓ La cantina della settimana è Podernuovo, piccola azienda a gestione familiare che si estende per 5 ettari, a 350 m slm, su terreno limo-argilloso, tufaceo e scheletro, all'interno della DOC Orcia.
Quarto appuntamento #enostanza, quarto delizioso assaggio di Il Primo 2017 Orcia Rosso
🍇Sangiovese 90%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.
👨‍🌾18 mesi botti di rovere e 6 mesi in bottiglia.
👀Rosso rubino trasparente.
👃Profumi scanditi, veicolati dall'alcool, che si esprimono in frutti di bosco, prugna, sambuco, ciliegia, rosa, pepe, erbe aromatiche, vaniglia e sottobosco.
👅La calda avvolgenza iniziale, unitamente ai tannini ed alla freschezza, regalano un sorso intenso ed equilibrato, con retrogusto speziato e finale sapido.

👃The bouquet, marked by alcohol, is expressed in berries, plum, elder, cherry, rose, pepper, aromatic herbs, vanilla and undergrowth.
👅The warm initial wrapping, together with tannins and freshness, give an intense and balanced mouthfeel, with a spicy and sapid aftertaste.

Con il progetto #EnoStanza ho assaggiato P.R., Brut nato per festeggiare 35 anni di attività e che riporta le iniziali dei fondatori, Paolo Rovetta e Rabotti.
🍾P.R. Brut Blanc de blancs🥂Franciacorta DOCG🍇Chardonnay
Cuvée per 65% vini ottenuti da Chardonnay dei migliori cru della vendemmia in corso e 35% Chardonnay di riserva.
👨‍🌾Raccolta manuale. Pressatura soffice con resa inferiore al 55%. Fermentazione in tini d'acciaio e in botti di rovere. Almeno 24 mesi sui lieviti.
👀Giallo paglierino, perlage fine e persistente.
👃Eleganti nuance di mughetto, pesca bianca, agrumi e mandorle; velate note vegetali si fondono con una buona mineralità.
👅Vigoroso, morbido e croccante, equilibrato ed intenso nella progressione con un finale persistente e sapido. Una bollicina estremamente elegante.
🍳Tartare di gamberi viola.

👨‍🌾Manual harvesting. Soft pressing. Fermentation in steel tanks and oak barrels. At least 24 months on the lees.
👀Straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage.
👃Elegant nuances of lily of the valley, white peach, citrus and almond; veiled vegetal notes blend with a good minerality.
👅Vigorous, soft and crunchy, balanced and intense in progression with a persistent and savory finish. Extremely elegant bubble.
🍳Shrimp purple tartare.
