Belgium Beer Tours

🇮🇹 Finalmente, dopo quasi due anni, grazie anche a BelgiumBeerTours, sono riuscito a tornare in Belgio per un weekend!
L’occasione perfetta è stata fornita da 3fonteinen per i loro #openbeerdays, durante i quali abbiamo potuto assaggiare delle creazioni stupende ed introvabili.
Nel pomeriggio inoltre abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere ospiti di #karelgodeau di de.cam,  dove siamo stati guidati negli assaggi delle sue fantastiche, ed a volte mirabolanti, creazioni.
Il giorno seguente sono proseguite le visite: la prima da OudBeerselcon tour guidato della barricaia e degustazione del loro #lambic, #kriek e #geuze, successivamente poi ci siamo spostati da @geuzerietilquin ed anche qui non sono mancate le degustazioni di prodotti di ottima qualità come la #gewurtz e la #quetsche, il tutto coronato dalla splendida visita alla barricaia ed al coolship (progetto futuro la creazione di un lambic della casa), guidati da #pierretilquin in persona.
Come gran finale della nostra visita in terra belga, la giornata si è conclusa ritrovando Kris ed Els Herteleer di DedolleBrouwers, dove ci hanno accolti con grande entusiasmo, che ringrazio per averci dato la possibilità di assaggiare qualche creazione dalla loro cantina segreta.
Due giorni intensi ma altamente formativi che mi hanno dato modo di conoscere persone nuove ed appassionati veri del mondo del #lambic…Che meraviglia!

🇬🇧 Finally, after almost two years, thanks to BelgiumBeerTours, I was able to visit Belgium again for a weekend!
The perfect occasion was the #openbeerdays by 3fonteinen, were we tasted amazing and rare beers.
After that we had the pleasure to be guest of Karelgodeau at De.cam, where he guided us through tastings of his wonderful and creative beers.
The next day the tour continued at OudBeersel with a guided tour barrel cellar and the tasting of their #lambic, #kriek and #geuze. Next stop was Geuzerietilquin, were we tasted the amazing #gewurtz and #quetsche, and visited the barrel cellar and coolshio guided by the one and only #pierretilquin.
Last but not least, we ended the day with Chris and Els Herteleer at DedolleBrouwers, were the welcomed us with enthusiasm and gavebus the opportunity to taste some special bottles from their collection. Thank you for your hospitality.
It has been an intense but amazing experience and I’m very thankful for the opportunity to learn new things about #belgianbeers and to meet so many interesting people, so passionate about the world of #lambic.
