Questo Brut Blanc de Blancs viene alla luce nei vigneti a Balnot sur Laigne, un piccolo villaggio in una zona chiamata Côte des Bars, non distante da Troyes. Conosci la zona❓ La Côte des Bar è una regione complessa dell’Aube, a sud-est della città di Troyes; è un collage di vigneti con diverse esposizioni diverse, intervallati da foreste e ruscelli. Gremillet coltiva, su 48 ettari di vigneti, Pinot Nero e Chardonnay, su suoli calcarei, intervallati da marne argillose.

👨‍🌾Cuvèe di quattro o cinque annate. Fermentazione in acciaio. Affinamento 30 mesi. 
👀Brillante e luminoso dal perlage sottile e molto durevole.
👃Apertura intensa e decisa su fiori bianchi, zagara, peonia e biancospino, con sottofondo fruttato, mela e frutta tropicale poco matura, poi note polverose e di panificazione.
👅Entra cremoso per poi dominare il palato con una decisa freschezza agrumata, accompagnata nella progressione da una sapidità diffusa.

This Brut Blanc de Blancs comes to light in the vineyards in Balnot sur Laigne, a small village in an area called Côte des Bars, not far from Troyes. Do you know the area❓ The Côte des Bar is a complex region in the Aube, southeast of the city of Troyes; it’s a collage of vineyards with several different exposures, interspersed with forests and streams. Gremillet cultivates, on 48 hectares of vineyards, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, on calcareous soils, interspersed with clayey marl.

👨‍🌾Cuvèe of four or five years. Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging 30 months.
👀Bright with a thin and persistence perlage.
👃Intense and decisive opening on white flowers, orange blossom, peony and hawthorn, with fruity background, apple and tropical fruit little ripe, then dusty and bread-making notes.
👅It enters creamy and then dominates the palate with a distinct citrus freshness, accompanied in the progression by a widespread flavor.
