🇮🇹 Agosto è l’8° mese dell’anno del calendario gregoriano ed è, almeno per gli italiani, il mese delle ferie per eccellenza, il mese in cui ci si dedica allo svago ed al divertimento in qualche bella località turistica. Fino all’anno 8 a.c. veniva chiamato sextilis poi il mese fu rinominato “Augustus”, su decisione del Senato di Roma, in onore dell’imperatore romano Augusto, dal quale prende il nome anche il Ferragosto (feriae Augusti).

🎈Con quale bottiglia avete dato il benvenuto ad Agosto❓ Io ovviamente ho scelto il colore che riesce ad influenzare positivamente il mio stato d’animo trasmettendomi calma e serenità 🌷 – 🥂 Rymarosè, un Metodo Charmat Brut BioVegan da 🍇Sangiovese.

👨‍🌾Vinificazione in bianco a temperatura controllata. Metodo Charmat. Affinamento per 4 mesi sui lieviti con battonage.
👀Vivace rosa tenue con perlage fine e durevole.
👃Sensazioni di lamponi, fragoline di bosco e pompelmo rosso, prosegue con sentori di erbette. aromatiche. 
👅Morbido ed avvolgente al palato, con vivace freschezza a sorreggere il sorso.
🍳Me lo sogno in barca a vela, magari con una frittura di pesce.

Until the year 8 a.c. it was called sextilis then the month was renamed “Augustus”, by decision of the Senate of Rome, in honor of the Roman emperor Augustus, from which it takes its name also the August (feriae Augusti).

👨‍🌾Fermentation in white wine at controlled temperature. Charmat method. Aging for 4 months on lees with battonage.
👀Vibrant soft pink with fine and durable perlage.
👃Sensations of raspberries, wild strawberries and red grapefruit, continues with hints of herbs. aromatic.
👅Soft and enveloping on the palate, with lively freshness to support the sip.
🍳I dream about it on a sailboat, maybe with a fry fish.
