1298 Riesling 2021 – Rissel Boutique Weine

🇮🇹 🎈Sascha Riessel ha iniziato a produrre vino alla fine del 2020, sull’appezzamento di terra di proprietà della sua famiglia da oltre 100 anni, spinto dalla forte passione per il vino, con l’obiettivo di creare un Riesling unico. Ha raggiunto l’obiettivo❓❗ Provare per credere, 1298 Riesling è un gioiello più unico che raro. 

Autentico rappresentante della cultura vinicola di Rheinhessen, la più grande regione vinicola della Germania, con circa 27000 ettari vitati, particolarmente fertile. Sulla riva sinistra del Reno, tra Worms e Bingen, nello stato federale della Renania-Palatinato, con i vigneti lungo le ripide rive. 

L’etichetta del 1298 Riesling, creata da Theodor Portugall, è un omaggio alla cappella di Klausenburg e al suo stile gotico, l’unico resto del monastero costruito dalla contessa Agnes Von Nassau nel 1298. 

Il vigneto, impiantato dal bisnonno di Sascha, è ben ventilato a circa 245ml, su terreno argilloso-limoso.

🍇 Riesling.
👨‍🌾 Raccolta manuale. 2 giorni di macerazione, 18 mesi sui lieviti in vasche di acciaio. 4 mesi in tonneaux. Batonnage 2 volte a settimana.
👀 Giallo paglierino.
👃 Frutta croccante, mela verde, pera Williams, pesca bianca e pompelmo, gelsomino e fiori di camomilla, tocchi di erbe aromatiche e note erbacee di felce, pietra focaia con pepe bianco e miele.
👅 Attacco vibrante ed elegante con potente acidità, poi si ammorbidisce con note mielose. Affascinante  gioco tra la parte morbida e quella fresco-sapida. Finale lungo e piacevole.   
🍳 Cruditè di mare, gamberetti, crostacei o tartare.

Authentic representative of the Rheinhessen’s wine culture, Germany’s largest wine region with around 27000 hectares of vineyards, particularly fertile. On the left bank of the Rhine, between Worms and Bingen, in the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate, with the vineyards along the steep banks. 

The label of the 1298 Riesling, designed by Theodor Portugall, is a tribute to the chapel of Klausenburg and its Gothic style, the only remnant of the monastery built by Countess Agnes von Nassau in 1298. 

The vineyard, planted by Sascha’s great-grandfather, is well ventilated at about 245ml, on clay-silty soil.
