🇮🇹 📌 Ricordi/conosci il significato di “Millesimato”❓La parola indica i vini spumanti prodotti almeno per l’85% con uve vendemmiate nello stesso anno; annata vendemmiale che poi deve essere riportata in etichetta.

Nel cuore di Valdobbiadene Eli e la moglie Daniela, coadiuvati dalla nuova generazione rappresentata dalla figlia Elisa e dal genero Tiziano, con passione ed amore per il proprio lavoro coltivano Glera e seguono ogni fase della produzione. 🎈PS: di Eli mi ha anche colpito il fatto che il suo mezzo di trasporto quotidiano è un 🚐 furgone stile Ducato e non una regolare autovettura. 

👨‍🌾 Millesimato è prodotto dalla migliore espressione di uve 🍇 Glera accuratamente selezionate durante la vendemmia manuale, vinificate in purezza con Metodo Charmat, con rifermentazione in autoclave.

Spumante cristallino con bollicine fini estremamente gradevole, aromi freschi di agrumi e biancospino, leggermente amabile con un residuo zuccherino di 15,5 g/l, che accompagna in maniera eccellente questi primi sprazzi d’estate. 

Lo sapete che a me piacciono le bollicine Dosaggio Zero ma Millesimato è un Prosecco equilibrato, dove l’anidride carbonica mitiga la dolcezza ed esalta il lato acido.

In the heart of Valdobbiadene Eli and his wife Daniela, assisted by the new generation represented by their daughter Elisa and son-in-law Titian, with passion and love for their work cultivate Glera and follow every stage of production. 🎈 PS: by Eli I was also struck by the fact that his means of daily transportation is a 🚐 Ducato style van and not a regular car.

👨‍🌾 Millesimato is produced from the best expression of grapes 🍇 Glera carefully selected during the manual harvest, vinified in purity with Charmat method, with refermentation in autoclave.

Crystalline sparkling wine with fine bubbles, extremely pleasant, fresh aromas of citrus and hawthorn, slightly sweet with a residual sugar of 15.5 g/ l, which accompanies in an excellent way these early summer flashes.

You know that I like bubbles Zero Dosage but Millesimato is a balanced Prosecco, where carbon dioxide mitigates sweetness and enhances the acid side.
