‘Apollonio Vini’ has a long history, began in 1870 when Noè Apollonio planted his own vineyard in the villages of Aradeo, Neviano and Cutrofiano and produced wine for the first time, such as the Negroamaro and Primitivo.
Since the 1995 the company his driven by Marcello and Massimiliano Apollonio, the fourth generation of the family.

🍇Primitivo 50%, Negroamaro 50%.
Ageing: 12 months in French and American oak barrels, 6 months in large barrels, 6 months in bottles

👀 Dark ruby red
👃 Enchanting bouquet of ripe red fruit, plum jam and dried fruit, cloves, chocolate, tobacco and licorice.
👅 Full-bodied, enveloping sip with smooth tannins and balanced acidity. very long aromatic aftertaste.
