🇮🇹 🎈 E’ vero che bevendo i vini corposi si diventa muscolosi ❓ Io ci ho provato con questo 🍷 MMM 2018 ma non ho avuto gli effetti sperati.
Casa Rojo è una giovane realtà che della creatività e della valorizzazione di specifici territori hanno fatto i loro punti fermi. Questi due concetti sono impressi e racchiusi in questa bottiglia: affascinante etichetta che richiama subito l’attenzione ed utilizzo di Monastrell, vitigno a bacca nera originario della Spagna che predilige zone calde e secche a maturazione tardiva. Chi l’ha assaggiato❓ Per me è stata la prima volta.

👨‍🌾 Vendemmia manuale dalla seconda settimana di settembre. 1 anno in botte di rovere francese.
👀 Rosso rubino intenso.
👃 Ventaglio di profumi in continua evoluzione. Dinamico e complesso, dai toni fruttati di prugna e ciliegia, a quelli balsamici di cedro, a quelli speziati di tostatura e vaniglia.
👅 Corposo e potente con tannino avvolgente; rotondo e caldo con finale appagante.

👅 Full-bodied and powerful with enveloping tannins; round and warm with a satisfying finish.
